I have not posted in awhile, because life has been kind of boring but we did something fun last night so I thought I would blog about it! Josh and I went and saw Matchbox Twenty last night. If anyone has the chance to go see them in concert and likes their music they should definitely go. It is worth every penny you would pay. Alanis Morisette opened up for them and she was really good too. Josh wasn't really looking forward to the concert, but I think he really enjoyed it!! I wish we had been able to get some pictures, because if I have any celebrity crush it would be Rob Thomas, but I didn't want to lug my big camera around. We tried to take some with our phones, but they didn't turn out great because of all the lights, so I'm kind of sad about that, but I was just happy I was there :)
Also,we stopped at The Cheesecake Factory before we got there. I had never had their cheesecake. I know that's crazy, so I made Josh take me. Their cheesecake is wonderful! Josh got snickers and I got some chocolate peanut butter cookie dough. Anyways....Both were great!!

These are the family pictures we had taken. We had them taken in November and are just not getting them back. I think they turned out really well!

Grocery Savings Today
Mine and Josh's goal this year is to get all of our business debt paid off so one way we are going to cut money in other places is by saving money on groceries by matching coupons with grocery deals. I am also learning how to save money with CVS, but I'm not doing well enough yet to tell you how how I'm doing. Well today I went to Kroger and Publix.
At Publix I bought $76.37 worth of groceries and paid $40.36. So, I saved a total of $36.01.
Then at Kroger I bought $73.79 worth of groceries and paid 52.89. I saved a total of $20.90. So all together I bought $150.16 worth of groceries and only paid $93.25. I saved $56.91. Not to bad! I hope in the weeks to come, I can save even more!

1/04/08 Picture
I wanted to get a picture of this, because I think this is the cleanest Hayden's play area has ever been! Josh cleaned it last night, which doesn't happen very often so I guess I should have gotten a picture of Josh cleaning it:) But anyways, I don't think this will last very long, but at least I will have a picture as a reminder of how it can look and that Josh really can clean up when he wants to.

New Years Resolutions
1.) To figure out what I want to do as a career and start working towards achieving my goals!
2.) To not let little nit picky things Josh does irritate me and just focus on the things he does that make me love him so much! :)
3.) Take more pictures!
4.) Start working again on Hayden's scrapbook. (I got lazy when I started working)
5.) Find a new house! (I can't wait for this one!!-Hopefully at the end of March)
6.) Now that I won't be working so much get everything in our house organized and keep everything clean(and don't let Josh or Hayden touch anything-j/k but sometimes I do wish I could this :) )
7.) Work on letting things ago. Instead of writing people out of my life when they don't act the way I think they should, I am going to try and accept that people aren't always perfect and forgive! (This is going to be a hard one for me!)
8.) Keep this blog updated!
9.) Start paying some debt down :(

Happy New Year!
I can not believe it's 2008! 2007 flew by. I'm excited for a new year, but hope that it is not as eventful as 2007. I think I'm ready for some relaxation and routine. We celebrated Josh's birthday and then celebrated the new year with a very sleepy 19 month old! I'm excited to see what 2008 has in store for us! I hope everyone had a wonderful and safe New Years Eve. Make your New Year's Resolutions. I still don't know what mine are so I will try and get back with those later!
Me, Hayden (not excited at all that his daddy woke him up), Josh and Dylan (our nephew)
ringing in the new year :)
Josh's Birthday cake that a girl at my work made him! I love it!
